Terms of Service
Updated June 2026
These terms govern your use of DadoVPN. By installing or using the app, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance and Eligibility
By downloading, installing, or using DadoVPN, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be old enough to form a binding agreement and to hold an account on your app store, and you must use the service in compliance with the laws that apply to you.
The Service
DadoVPN is a virtual private network that encrypts your connection and routes it through servers in a range of regions. Some regions are available on demand — when you select one that is not already running, we spin up a fresh server for you, which can take a short time to become ready.
We work to keep the service reliable, but availability of any particular region or feature is not guaranteed and may change.
Subscriptions and Billing
DadoVPN is offered as a subscription, billed either weekly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand.
All payments are charged and managed through the App Store or Google Play using the payment method on your store account. We do not process payments ourselves and do not offer any external payment method inside the app.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not retroactively refund the current period. Refunds, where available, are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their policies.
Fair Use
To keep the service fast and sustainable for everyone, a fair-use data threshold applies to each billing cycle. If you exceed that threshold, your connection is rate-limited for the remainder of the cycle.
We do not disconnect you for exceeding the threshold, and your limit resets at the start of each new billing cycle.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use DadoVPN only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to engage in illegal activity, distribute illegal or abusive content, attack or disrupt networks or other users, or otherwise misuse the service.
You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service or your access to it without our permission.
Third-Party Stores
You access DadoVPN through the App Store or Google Play, and your use is also subject to their terms. Those stores are not responsible for the service, and any disputes about your purchase may be subject to their policies.
Disclaimers
DadoVPN is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DadoVPN and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Termination and Account Deletion
You can stop using DadoVPN at any time and can delete your data from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that harms it or other users.
Cancelling your subscription is done through your app store, as described above.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date shown above. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [OPERATOR TO SPECIFY GOVERNING JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless the law that applies to you provides otherwise.
