Privacy Policy
Updated June 2026
DadoVPN is built around a simple promise: what you do online is your business, not ours. This policy explains the limited information we process to run the service, the information we deliberately do not collect, and the rights you have over your data.
Our No-Logs Commitment
We do not log, store, or share your browsing history, the websites or apps you connect to, your DNS queries, your destination IP addresses, or the contents of your traffic. This is a core promise of the product, not a setting you have to turn on.
A VPN works by routing your traffic through our servers, but routing your traffic does not require us to record it — and we do not. Because we never keep these records, there is nothing about your online activity for us to hand over, sell, or lose.
Information We Process
Anonymous device identifier. You can install, use, and pay for DadoVPN without creating an account or giving us your email. To do this, the app generates an anonymous identifier for your device that lets us link your subscription to your app. It is not tied to your real-world identity.
Subscription status. When you subscribe, your purchase is processed by the App Store or Google Play and validated by our billing provider, RevenueCat. We receive your subscription status — whether it is active, the plan, and the renewal date — so we can unlock the service. We never see your full payment card details; those stay with Apple or Google.
Aggregate bandwidth totals. To enforce fair-use limits, we count the total number of bytes transferred on your subscription during each billing cycle. This is a running byte total only. It is never linked to the sites you visit, your destinations, or the contents of your traffic.
Crash and diagnostic data. If the app crashes or hits an error, we use Sentry to collect technical diagnostic data — such as the error and basic device and app information — so we can fix the problem. This diagnostic data never includes your browsing activity.
Email (only if you create an account). Creating an account is optional. If you choose to, you can add an email address so your subscription can be synced across your devices. If you never create an account, we never ask for or store your email.
Service Providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate DadoVPN, and we do not sell your data to any of them or to anyone else.
RevenueCat handles subscription billing and receipt validation. Apple and Google process your payments through the App Store and Google Play. Sentry processes crash and diagnostic data. Vultr provides the cloud infrastructure that runs our VPN servers.
Each provider only receives the limited information needed to perform its role, and only for that purpose.
Data Retention and Your Rights
Because we do not log your activity, there is no browsing data to retain. We keep only the minimal records described above for as long as you use the service.
You can delete your data from within the app at any time. Account deletion removes your identity and the records associated with it. Note that billing and purchase records held by the App Store, Google Play, or our billing provider are governed by their own policies and may be retained as required by law.
Children
DadoVPN is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age required to hold an account on their app store. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
International Transfers
DadoVPN operates servers in multiple regions, and our providers may process the limited information described above in countries other than the one you live in. Wherever this information is processed, the practices in this policy continue to apply.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date shown above. Your continued use of DadoVPN after an update means you accept the revised policy.
